At Willis Ads, we want you to shop with confidence and enjoy a smooth experience. If for any reason you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, this Return & Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions under which returns and refunds are processed.
1. Eligibility for Returns
Products may be returned within 30 days of delivery if they are unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received. Items that are damaged due to customer misuse, not in their original condition, or missing parts are not eligible for return.
2. Non-Returnable Items
Certain products cannot be returned for hygiene or safety reasons once opened. Custom-made or special-order products may also be non-returnable unless they arrive damaged or defective.
3. Return Process
To initiate a return, please contact us at support@willisads.store with your order number and reason for return. Once your request is approved, we will provide you with return instructions. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
4. Inspection of Returned Items
Once your return is received, we will inspect the item to ensure it meets our return eligibility criteria. If approved, a refund or exchange will be processed within a reasonable timeframe.
5. Refunds
Refunds are issued to the original method of payment used at checkout. Depending on your bank or card provider, it may take 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account after processing.
6. Exchanges
If you wish to exchange a product for a different style or model, please contact us. Exchanges are subject to stock availability. If the replacement item costs more than the original, you may be required to pay the difference.
7. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately with photos of the product and packaging. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.
8. Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not received your refund within the expected timeframe, please check with your bank or card provider first. If the issue persists, contact us at support@willisads.store for assistance.
9. Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase if they have not yet been shipped. Once an order has been processed and shipped, it cannot be canceled but may still be eligible for return under this policy.
